Yes, there seems to be a lot of playable games for the Vita, including a lot of old psp games which has been imported to the Vita. So it's sad that the interface is that difficult to navigate.
Awesome regarding the sounds on the 3DS. I hear you can download and install games to the console like the Playstation and the vita. I'll see if I can check out the store to see what playable games I can find.
