Otherwise, all I can really say (truly without sarcasm or malice) is that I'm sorry for your mental health in advance, because you've already made some of the mistakes that doomed others in the past, and frankly, I'm not even sure this community is capable of not ruining a game like this right now, no matter what you get right, just simply do to low population and age demographics.
I hope for your sake that you have the strength to kill or at least pass on the project quickly when it starts going to shit.
That aside, I really do hope that this time is different and I wish you luck. But I'm not naive enough to truly believe it will be... Not any more at least.
At the very least however, I hope you can turn this into a useful learning experience.
