Well yeah but you're likely to find the one-way floors before the ceilings. In fact, you're guaranteed to, since the game has you start right next to one (to let players know those walls aren't fully solid).

There are falling stalactites in the second half of the game, but yeah the demo doesn't reach anywhere that far.
