Huh? That was funny, that..
A simple test could be deviced to truncate all information under -60dB
(dithered, if he wishes), and then see what it would sound like.

Sure, if the signal is at 100% all the time... Actually, even his
example is wrong, as the signal has two periods.

I don't think it would be a good idéa to listen too much to what this
guy has to say on the theoretical side of things.
