Hey, do "abstract concepts" exist, or did you just state something that
can't be stated?

I think the idéa was that there is no absolute theoretical limit. Let's
all be clear that signals in noise don't actually disappear (as some
people seem to believe), they only become less easy to detect.

So, instead of looking at the total noise power the noise
characteristics has to be examined. What's the point of first using
arguments with simplified S/N figures, and then dismissing other
figures that give a more complete picture?

Personally I don't think 16/44 can capture LP properly, although it can
come close. (Depending on the LP, of course)
