I remember seeing them on two occasions - one at a hall that had
substantial soundproofing and we still couldn't get the barman to hear
our orders outside the hall. The second time, I was in the balcony and
the guy next to me was headbanging furiously, he then hit his head on
the hand rail and knocked himself out -  rock! \m/ 

So, if I can still detect a 17KHz signal, should I be OK with gear that
is linear uo to 20KHz, or should it go higher because of harmonics? Or
should I not care...
