After ripping AC/DC remastered, I can testify to the fact that even FLAC
can't make some albums sound good.

I rip FLAC normally, but only have around 150 albums. I've deleted the
albums that were dodgy, including AC/DC, so they don't come up in
random play mode. 

So...
Option One: Sell your dodgy albums, buy better music, rip to all FLAC.
Option Two: Rip decent albums to FLAC, rip others to .wma, but tag them
as such, so the checkbox for 'wma' files can be deselected to exclude
them from random play mode.

Also, If you need seperate files for a portable music player Option
Three would be required, which is well documented in the ripping forum.
