Is there anything in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\InguzEQ\log.txt file?  (If the DSP component is running but
failing, it'll report here).

If not, try opening a command prompt in C:\Program
Files\SlimServer\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread and just type
"inguzdsp" - see if you get an error message.
