Speaking of log files, I'm getting a lot of log lines that look like
this:

20070103005723: 00:00:00:00:00:00 File Changed:
00_00_00_00_00_00.settings.conf
20070103005723: 00:00:00:00:00:00 Cannot load settings
00_00_00_00_00_00.settings.conf: The process cannot access the file
'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\InguzEQ\Settings\00_00_00_00_00_00.settings.conf' because it is
being used by another process.

Is this extremely bad?
