Do you mean played in SB/TP or in general?

Here is what works for me.

Linn 88.2kHz/24bit WMA
Native in Windows Mediaplayer, Creative MediaSource, feeding an
external DAC confirms 88 kHz.
Plays fine in Foobar and many others but indicated as 44kHz. Transcoded
to FLAC via wmadec in SlimServer it plays as 44kHz/16 bit.

Linn 88.2kHz/24 bir 24 WMA converted to 88/24 WAV
Native in Windows Mediaplayer, Creative MediaSource, Foobar and others,
feeding an external DAC confirms 88 kHz.
Does not play in SB3, have not tested TP.

WMA file above converted to FLAC 88kHz/24
Native in Windows Mediaplayer, Creative MediaSource, Foobar and others,
feeding an external DAC confirms 88 kHz.
Plays in SB3 at half speed, feeding en exernal DAC shows 44kHz.
Have not tested this in TP.
