Nikhil Sadly I agree. I wish someone at Microsoft (or actually anyone who really knows what is going on) could comment on the future of HDCD and if we will ever be able reap its benefits. I wonder if MS had plans to create HDCD sound cards that would work in conjunnction with Media Player but something went wrong with that plan? I'd certainly love a definitive statement on what EXACTLY the HDCD software in MP actually does...
