What's your approximate budget for all this? How big is the room that you want to place this in? With that in hand we can start making suggestions. You are probably going to get a deluge of suggestions - pick some that appeal to you, and then go to a decent audio shop that lets you listen (preferably take along some music you are familiar with). Listen and then go with what your ears like best and what you beleive is best value for your money.
