I play uncompressed 96k/24 bit files on my Transporter without problems, using a wired ethernet. When you say they won't play on your wireless network, can you provide a bit more information? If you display the buffer level on the Transporter, does is stay very low? How does this compare to the level when playing 44.1K CD files? Ideally it should stay fairly high, no matter what your source material, but perhaps your wireless network is marginal...
