There is no difference between the Transporter and SB3 with regards to
room correction. Both have digital outputs and analog outputs. 

If your room correction device has digital inputs, use them. If the
room correction device's output is digital, you will need a separate
DAC. You might be able to reroute the digital output from the
Transporter through a digital room correction device and back into one
of the Transporter's other inputs - I'm not sure. If so, the
transporter would be more suitable than the SB3.

If you want to use a software room correction solution, InguzDSP (a
plugin for SlimServer) will work for either the Transporter or SB3.

If the room correction device is analog, both the Transporter and SB3
have analog outputs.
