Well of course that's why I qualified the statement about the NAS. A
computer will do perfectly if you have the sort of home enviroment
where you can hide it away. Power consumtion is, of course a different
consideration.

I downloaded the latest version of EAC, and I personally didn't find it
hard to use. Looking through the EAC guide in this forum, it seems that
the latest version has a much better interface than the one described,
and accuraterip is now all built in.

On the other hand, my main job is in IT, so I am computer literate,
albeit not in networking. Also I am prepared to put in the time, as I
believe the whole topic to be interesting and a big pointer to the
future.

However my original point still stands - to most people it isn't a
plug, play, (then tweak) solution, and as such is harder to market, and
to review.

Anyway, I can't wait till I get my hands on the Transporter I just
hammered my plastic for, and to see just what I can get out of it. :)))
