+1. Great post. I think the most difficult challenge is to provide an
"easy way" without creating proprietary lock-in. What we need is
something like "wizards" which can guide the non-technical user
through, yet leave everything open to the more technical user.

It would be a terrible shame if the open-source platform that we have
now turned into another Apple.
