I've never used the Terratec, but it looks to be a UPnP streaming box. Personally I would get a SB3, as SqueezeCenter is a lot more flexable than UPnP. Unless you have a a huge budget, the Terratec or SB3 may be a better bang for the buck.
If you have an audiophile need, the Transporter is amazing. The first thing you should do is download SqueezeCenter and give it a whirl.
