First, which model is your Denon receiver ? If you're happy with your speakers, then just buy a mid-priced dac (MF V-DAC or Cambridge DacMagic). Then, if your Denon is a 2xxx model (as I presume) with a R/L pre-out, you'll probably need an integrated hifi amplifier with a main-in input (like a Marantz 7001, for instance).
