No, I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is that when speculating on
the cause of audible differences between identical bit streams fed
through the same analogue circuitry, some people assume it has to be
jitter, ignoring that there are other plausible sources of the
difference.

And since some controlled tests where the only change in the system was
artificially introduced jitter have failed to reveal any audible
difference, I am personally speculating that these other factors are
more significant than the jitter itself.
