I agree - when it comes to singing talent it's opinion. :)

In fact I'm listening to (not looking at) the live version of Jordin
Sparks/Chris Brown "No Air"
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Yj46cL4Qfg). It's recorded from a TV
broadcast who knows how, streamed over youtube and piped into my big
system from the headphone socket of a cheap laptop - truly it's
terrible! Yet I am able to hear through all that gunk, there is
something still there letting me appreciate this pair can really sing!
And how is it that, by comparison anyway, the studio version is
polished and punchy
(http://www.last.fm/music/Jordin+Sparks/_/No+Air+(Duet+with+Chris+Brown)
) yet the vocals are so anodyne, so reverbed and processed, that the
humanity has been sucked out of them? Isn't that amazing. Still, I like
the song. But I doubt I would without hearing the live performance
originally. :)

Many of you would disagree but also you would defend my right to like
what I like. Man I love music!
