Never do that! As Sean Adams explained many times, software is software
and there is always a chance it fails. Normally, when connecting a TP
directly to a power amp, people use attenuators to level match the
output of the transporter with the input of the amp. Choose attenuators
that are limiting the volume to the loudest you or your speaker can
stand.

If you are using an unbalanced connection between the TP and the amp,
you can use the attenuators in the TP. When you use a balanced
connection, search the forum for the right attenuators (inline fixed or
variable, or even a completely passive 'pre-amp').
