It depends on the circuit that is generating the AC from the battery, how well is the conditioning and how well the waveform is maintained under load. I can tell you that most of the line conditioners are not doing much to the AC signal, they're really selling snake oils. PPP also has multiwave feature that generates special AC waveform so the caps in the power supply has a longer charge cycle. It is as if you have a bigger capacitor bank in your equipment. The bass improvement is very noticeable.
