A does not follow from B. Yes, the noise-rejection characteristics of a PSU will vary depending on it's design and construction. But you then jump to asserting that a PSU which is "low power" will have worse noise-rejection than one which is "more expensive" and "better" (for some unspecified definition of better). Why? Maybe the SB3 PSU is cheap, low power _and_ of a design which rejects noise well.
