Thanks for your info so far. Forgot to mention that I'm also thinking of buying a laptop to run Squeezebox server on and possibly play videos on my tv. Aldready got my FLACs on a portable hdd so that should be easy. So if I feel the need I could always play my cds in the laptop with my DAC as soundcard. That's not possible with the Transporter though. Seems impossible to connect both my Sky HD box and the PS3 to the Transporter then. Anyone know of any alternatives to the benchmark DAC1 HDR that would suit me? Would prefer not to have to spend £1600+.
