As a Grado headphone enthusiast myself, I found the SB3 headphone out *very* underwhelming, as in, unacceptable. I got a Creek OBH-21 and even got the upgraded power supply, which made it a hefty upgrade. They also offer the OBH-11 and I am sure the regular power supply is entirely sufficient to make it a very nice upgrade.
