For hi-def, Alpha is very very good. and the other strong part of Berkeley Alpha is playing red book cd which is very natural, accuracy, full of details, dynamic, and very musical. I use custom made Siltech IQ80 rca - bnc wire (didn't buy new digital wire) and I don't have AES/EBU wire to compare. Berkeley Alpha has very deep and wide sound stage and very focus also. -- lornness ------------------------------------------------------------------------ lornness's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33065 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=75180 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
