For the avoidance of any doubt, my position is that I am extremely
sceptical about "miracle" cables or pens or stands that make a system
sound hugely better at a price far above that of their constituent parts.

I am not suggesting that all cables are the same, or that cables don't
make any difference, far from it.

I am, however, suggesting that if a cable between device A and device B
makes a *huge* difference to the sound then either:

1. one or both devices are faulty, or badly designed
2. the "other" cable is faulty or badly designed

I'm also not suggesting that your system doesn't sound very good. I
suspect, however, that it could sound equally good for considerably less
money.
