As far as I can understand - not much. There's no standard for measuring jitter Questions: where in the chain is it measured? What exactly is measured? At what frequency is the jitter measured? And with what equipment?
So comparing 2 jitter measurements is like comparing the proverbial apples and oranges. Unless it was done with the same methodology and with the same equipment it doesn't really tell you anything.
