I'm also quite sure that there is no clear correlation to what is ok
and how to measure ?

But as it affects the DAC it must manifest in the frequency or time
domain eventually and therefore also in THD and noise ? it all ends up
in one signal eventually (or two left and right).

Soon someone will link to the very few studies that have been done
witch indicates that audible levels are far above the products we enjoy
but then again how was that done ?

It cant be bad minimizing it either .

There must be 1000 other small niggling things that contributes to the
final sound of the DAC ?
