Speakers, Headphones, Phono Cartridges aside (all electroMECHANICAL devices) I'm not buying into the supposed magical transformations often reported to occur in purely electronic devices. "...the sound bloomed over the first 1475hrs of listening...." IMO...people acclimate to the sound, rather than any actual change IN the sound. When mfrs jump on board with this (in house burn-in) it has more to do with reliability testing. The inverted bell-curve. That some would now SELL this testing to you as a value added service under the guise of an enhancement in the sound quality of the device is well...(insert commentary here).
