Weiss could have avoided audiophile bullshit territory just as easily by saying something like: "We use controlled listening tests to confirm out extensive measurements...", and it would have come across as a more professional approach to product development than what he did say. Instead, what he said gives the impression that he's so sure he sees the trees accurately, that he doesn't need to back up and look at the forest.
