Hi,

SB Touch newb here. I'm a user of soundcheck's toolboxes for some time
now with great results. However, I have some issues in network
construction. On Klaus' blog it is reported that audio quality is best
thru WLAN. In my system (I'm running Touch with all tweaks from the
blog, with a linear PSU, using digital signal into an external dac) I
have tried both WIFi and WLAN (connected Touch on a static IP directly
to the server) and found that WIFI sounds superior. Now I could happily
live with a WIFI setup, but because of toolbox settings this effectively
precludes me from using 24/96 files, as they pause and buffer often.
In your experience is there any way to improve the quality over WLAN
(maybe my setup was incorrect) or improve the streaming of hi-rez files
over WIFI?
Many thanks for any suggestions.
