Having trouble deciding where to put my new Touch. Can I get away with a long S/PDIF cable to the DAC in the rack if I put the Touch "near" my listening position? Say 15'/5m ballpark. Yes, I need to see the display at this point. If I already had a long cable I could just try it... From my previous experience with S/PDIF circuits, they aren't even close to equal among (even cheap) devices and some can barely drive a couple meters decently. Thanks.
