The best way to do long S/PDIF is to use RG-6 Type coax cable. Sean, the squeezebox designer has tested over 100 feet with this type of cable and some basic RCA ends. Try the blue jeans cables for long runs. They have good advice on which cables will work for long runs. http://www.bluejeanscable.com/store/digital-audio/index.htm -- SuperQ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SuperQ's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2139 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=89561 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
