I won't be using any RG6. BTW, RG6 is just a generic cable config (which I'm sure you know). What I am using is what Blue Jeans calls an optional premium coax anyway (several $/ft), and it's way better than most generic RG6 cable as far as copper quality, construction materials (Teflon), and shielding coverage. I *do* use RG6 for my antennas though, it is more durable for outside for a start. Actually, antennas and that type of "video signal" is what RG6 is meant for. Thanks for the help guys. I have seen way too many poor S/PDIF interfaces, even on expensive gear, which is why I was concerned. S/PDIF was never meant to be "used", it was initially intended only for manufacturer test use. Why it's so relatively cheap and simple and poor in just about every way lol.
