I'll second this. I've done 100ft with off the shelf RG-6 with standard
F connectors on the ends. I also picked up two F-RCA adapters so it
would plug into normal RCA jacks. (why oh why didn't Philips use F
connectors for S/PDIF in the first place, they work well, are cheap,
and readily available)
