Yeah - I've been urging people to try this and as far as I know, those
who have tried report no change in sound, which ties in with my own
findings/testing and would seem to either eliminate the ethernet
connection as a route for RFI/noise into the Touch or to indicate that
even if this noise is getting into the Touch it is not interfering with
the analogue or digital outputs...

It also kills off the "audiophile ethernet cable" and sticking extra
network switches in between router and Touch and linear PSU's on
routers etc etc... :-)

So far I have personally failed to make any change in the sound by
messing with the network in any way or indeed messing with the server.
YMMV.
