With value i mean replacing a 100µF cap with some audiophile 4,7µF film is a no-no in my book. 10 years back it was really worth to get rid of the caps in a CD player. Even the more expensive players had lousy lytics in. Today the lytics work very well and you can have great results. Since i have no input cap in my amps i use some in my Transporter. I had BG NX in and kicked them for a pair of FM. -- Wombat Transporter (modded) -> RG142 -> Avantgarde Acoustic based 500VA monoblocks -> Sommer SPK240 -> self-made speakers ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Wombat's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4113 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=93875
