We did this at one of my previous jobs occasionally (company founded in France :-) ) . Mostly people were able to rate down the low quality wines, but at the upper-end there was a variance (which is my point as well with audio). I know people are saying here "cannot hear jitter when it is functioning properly" or "jitter issues have been resolved". I guess I am talking about how it is resolved in the equipment and naturally different implementations of that "solution". I guess you will be attributing the better sound of a Transporter (vs SBT) to better output stage (?). If yes, why then the designers of Transporter choose different clocks/digital chips in it ? Seems like people are allergic to the word - Jitter, as though it is anathema to their religion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SoftwireEngineer's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7000 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96407 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
