Was that with or without some Thai stick? jh901 wrote: > Wow. You might want to ask yourself if your experience is due to > inadquate gear. The old "your equipment is good enough to hear these night and day differences" argument. Please spare us. jh901 wrote: > Well, Ralph will tell you that your Transporter was already perfect > before any mods. No what I said is that the Transporter is good enough that when compared with any mega-buck DACs in a properly conducted double blind test the differences will be very slight, at best and most people will not be able to identify which unit is which. That said, can the Transporter be improved, yes but those improvements will NOT result in windows opening, veil lifted or any other audiophile mumbo jumbo. The improvements will be there but they will be very slight, at best. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ralphpnj's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10827 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98249 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
