This discussion is so far completely void of hard facts. It would be helpful if someone, *anyone*, would measure the device, *any measurement at all*, and then *publish *it. That way this would turn into a discussion based on (at least some) facts. We could then stepwise take it further with possibly other measurements.
But please remember that the burden of proof, from a purely logical standpoint, is on the *manufacturer*. The manufacturer is the one making claims. So the logical step would be for the manufacturer to measure and publish.
