HR Speaking Opportunity

I have the opportunity to make a presentation to a group of HR directors.  They have no specific topic identified, but have charged me with finding something relevant and interesting to their group which incorporates internal audit concepts.  Some ideas I had initially are to talk about risk management (not different from what we do daily) and relate it to how they provide risk management services, too.  Does anyone have any other ideas or presentations they may have made which would be relevant?   Thanks.   melinda
