Melinda,   One aspect of Risk Management, which is rapidly catching up coz of BASEL Committee and like is "Operational Risk". And this is what HR guys would be interested in. Your presentation could be based on tools and methodology your department has prepared to counter risk.   Some other highlights which HR would be interested in:   1: The control on outsourcing Staff working within premises. 2: The employee productivity ratios. 3: Staff turnover ratios. 4: Control procedures on "Trainees" 5: And then there is the much debated concept of treating every deptt as profit center and     then arriving to risk score and stuff like that.   Hope this would help,   Best of luck anyways.     Kshitiz Agarwal Partner Mahesh & Co.
