Same environment as before ;)
this machine is a 2*DualCore Opteron, 32G RAM, no disk.

Mounting system root is:

mount -n -t aufs -o \

xino=/xino/.aufs.xino,noplink,udba=inotify,nowarn_perm,br:$R \

W=rw:$ADICIONAL=ro+wh:$GERAL=ro+wh:$MAINROOT=ro aufs $NEWROOT

I export / via NFS and have a RW layer (a NFS branch).

I think the problem is same as /var/cache/man. We got /var/cache/man
'locked' after the machine started to cache man.

Now the problem is that i lose access and what i get is a firefox in D
state.

Yessss.... SysRq-A showed this line in an infinite loop! I had to HARD RESET
my machine.

I'll have to copy line by line, because i lose access to machine even via
console i cant login... As my system root is an AUFS ;)
