Agree it was poor wording. It was the accident that resulted in the deaths, not the accident report. Other than that there is no issue with Roaky’s message.

It is impossible to not offend someone if you have a commercial interest and choose to post on the often petty Aus Soaring site! I suspect that Bernard Eccy would agree.
