Seeing no one answered this, I'll explain. While technically the official
language is English, not many people speak it - most of the kids from the
Namibia area I've come in contact with speak Oshewanbo along with either
French or Afrikaans, and for most of them the only English they know is
generally what they learned when told they were to be resettled in
Australia (or after resettling).

I think that the languages used is a bit different among the white
population, but not entirely sure.
