Robert,
does the trim of the IS30 still make it a pig to fly 2 up? I always found I had to fly
with back stick unless we wanted to belt around at 90kt. Nice to fly solo though
Derek
On Saturday at Caboolture GC, we had westerly winds gusting (I hear) to
25kts. There was lift around - with definitely some wave components, but
the sky was chewed up like it had been put through a course blender.
This made for very interesting flying as one can learn much from flying
in such a sky!
In may case, this was doubly true as it was also my first experience of
flying the IS30 as I started to move up towards flying the club's single
seaters.
