Hi Cath
If enough Rando-Proof filler is used to fill the weave (this takes quiet a
number of coats and sanding),
then about 10% retarder thinner in the Butyrate top coat (be careful, the
retarder is Nitrocellulose) .
S'pose I shouldn't be giving away trade secrets, but there ya go.
