For a Cirus? ;-)

Only one way to go, 2-pack polyurethane.

International do a line for boats, (not cheap) but it has an epoxy based
primer that really fills the glass weave, followed by under-coat and then
gloss. I used this to paint a fiber-glass rowing skiff more than 15 years
ago and it's still nice and shiny in spite of the sun and saltwater. Also
used it on my 14' skiff and it did a beautiful job.

Really should stick with white for a glass glider, maybe cream but anything
with a bit of colour and you'll be sorry. The 14 had a deep blue deck and
after one season it had "printed" the underlying weave (glass/carbon in this
case) into the top finish but the white areas where still perfect.

For best results you should use a spray booth and you need a special needle
in the gun and a compressor that can keep up, (I think it's 16 cfpm for a
polyurethane needle but maybe I'm mixed up with metric units). Also you'll
need an air fed mask, the chemicals in polyurethane are right up there on
the "may impair your ability to operate machinery" scale.
