That is Peter Masak, not Chris Masak.
I don't believe the Jantar Std 2 and 3 are any different in the wing
profile and I think it may even be the same profile on the SZD55. It is a
Polish profile called an NN-8 . The good news is that it is relatively
insensitive to spar bumps etc.
The instrument panel access in the Std 2 isn't great but with modern
varios(no flasks) you are down to 3 pneumatic connections and you should be
able to organise one multipole connector for all the wiring so it isn't too
bad.
Both Jantars are good gliders with nice handling and excellent performance.
